How long does implementation take?

Most institutions are live within 30 days of signing. Data migration, SSO and your first workflow configuration all happen inside that window, with a named PM running it.

Does it work alongside our student system?

Yes. CareerHive integrates with the SIS and LMS platforms Australian institutions already run, plus an open REST API for anything bespoke. You don't replace what works.

Where does our data live?

In Australia, on AWS Sydney and Melbourne. ISO 27001:2022 certified, TLS 1.3 in transit and at rest, annual independent penetration testing.

Can we start with one faculty?

Most institutions do. Start with the program under the most pressure, prove it over a semester, then roll out across faculties on the same configuration.
